No. Your data lives on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud. We have no server and cannot see or hold your data hostage. You can export everything to CSV at any time, for free, whether or not you subscribe to Pro.
No. Every built-in service interval is sourced from published references and is clearly marked as an estimate. BoatVault schedules and records what you decide; it never claims authority over your manufacturer's manual and makes no safety or seaworthiness claims. Always verify intervals against your own owner's manual.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose BoatVault, and cancel. You can also tap Manage Subscription inside the app. If you cancel before a free trial ends, you are not charged.
